What kind of photos work best?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see and not too small. Phone photos are fine. Strong backlight, heavy filters and sunglasses make it harder.
What do I get when I buy?
A high-resolution digital file (3936 × 5904 pixels) to download, print or share, or a gallery-wrapped canvas in one of four sizes, on its own or in a floater frame, which comes with the digital file too. The canvas is matte, printed with fade-resistant inks on solid wood bars, and arrives ready to hang.
What if I'm not happy after I buy?
Within 30 days of buying a digital file, make a new preview of the same design with new photos and tell us which one it is: we'll send you its file free. That's once per file. A canvas can't be returned once it's printed, so check your preview closely first; if it arrives damaged or misprinted, we print you a new one.

Is this made with AI?
Yes, but not the way you might think. Your portrait isn't one prompt typed into ChatGPT. It comes from our own pipeline, built by imaging nerds who've been at this for years: one model paints the scene in your style, face recognition checks that every figure got the right person, and a separate likeness pass puts each person's real face from your photo onto their figure. Any text is typeset by us, never painted by the AI, so it's spelled right and print-sharp.
That's why the preview is quick and free to try, and why you can fix a face or the text before you buy.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to create your portrait, and deleted after 30 days.
